Our story:
1845 – Félix Richard builds the first metal barometers in Paris. His son succeeded him and set up the company Jules Richard Instruments, renowned for its expertise in precision mechanical recorders.
1980 – Transition from the manufacture of mechanical equipment to electronic equipment.
2008 – Launch of the SPY RF range, a collection of wireless data loggers revolutionising temperature monitoring.
2010 – Launch of SiriusWeb, one of the first traceability platforms on the cloud.
2011 – COFRAC accreditation of the laboratory for temperature calibration.
2015 – Integration into the MMS Group to accelerate international development and the transition to connected sensors.
2017 – Acquisition of CIET, a specialist in validation, qualification and metrology for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
2017 – Launch of the JRI-MySirius platform to operate an ecosystem of IoT loggers ( Nano SPY and LoRa SPY ranges ).
2020 – Acquisition of NAOCOM to integrate transport and geolocation expertise into the JRI-MySirius offering.
2021 – Partnership with bioMérieux to integrate LABGUARD 3D equipment into JRI-MySirius.
2025 – Acquisition of the assets of TMI Orion, TMI USA (now JRI TMI and JRI TMI USA) and TMI Dynamics.
2026 – Launch of the JRI-MySirius solution for Cleanroom monitoring (Clean Room Module).
