Healthcare Product Logistics: Traceability and Safety Throughout the Cold Chain
Enhance the safety, compliance, and reliability of your healthcare products with JRI IoT solutions. Monitor temperatures andcritical conditions in real time, ensure full traceability of medicines, vaccines, and temperature-sensitive products, and guarantee the reliability of every delivery.
MySirius Mobility mobile app The monitoring solution that truly travels with your products
End-to-end visibility across your cold chain
The Mobility module transforms every vehicle or container into a MySirius “mini-site.” Nano SPY and LoRa SPY sensors connect to the app in just seconds, continuously transmitting temperature, humidity, shock, and GPS position data. Even without network coverage, they can store up to 20,000 data points. As soon as a 4G/LoRa or Wi-Fi connection is restored, all data is synchronized and time-stamped, ensuring 100% digital traceability from the loading dock to the final recipient.
A driver app designed for real-world use
Snooze / Inhibit mode: disables alarms temporarily to avoid nuisance alerts during planned door openings.
Intuitive iOS / Android interface: color-coded threshold display, departure checklist, and electronic signature upon delivery.
Scan a QR code or use NFC to associate a batch, start monitoring, or confirm a corrective action.
Immediate push alerts; if the anomaly continues, automatic relay by SMS, email, then voice call, following a user-defined alarm cascade.
Absolute security and compliance
Measurements are AES-256 encrypted, electronically signed, and archived on ISO 27001–certified Azure cloud. Sensors are Cofrac-calibrated down to –196 °C and comply with GDP, HACCP, EN 12830, and IFS Logistics standards. PDF or CSV reports are generated with a single click — a surprise audit? Your evidence is already ready.
Immediate operational gains
Deployment in under an hour: activate the module, scan the sensor, and you’re ready to go.
Reduced product losses thanks to real-time response and predictive maintenance of refrigeration units.
Fleet and warehouse visibility in a single dashboard, so quality teams, operations, and clients share the same information.
Scalability and open integration
The Mobility module communicates via REST API: connect your TMS, WMS, or customer portals to push delivery statuses, temperature certificates, and compliance evidence. Whether handling sensitive vaccines or frozen food, you provide logistics that are controlled, visible, and fully documented — giving confidence to every link in the value chain.
